How do I transfer my existing phone number?
In order to port your existing number to our network, you must fill out this Letter of Authorization and fax it to us, along with the carrier's most recent phone bill or account management page, to 1-518-836-0226.
*Please note: The name on the LOA must match the name on the phone bill or the account management page.
