Can I transfer my toll free number to ViaTalk?

To initiate your request to transfer your toll free number please fill out our RespOrg Form and fax it, along with the other carrier's most recent phone bill or account management page, to 1-518-836-0226.

You can also scan the completed RespOrg Form and phone bill and send them to loas@viatalk.com

These documents will need to be in PDF format. Each attachment emailed to this address will need to be sent in a separate email.

*Please note: The name on the form must match the name on the phone bill or account management page.

There is a one-time fee of $15 per number to transfer your toll free number to our services.
