Does E911 need to be set up?
Upon the processing of your signup, you will need to log into your Control Panel and manually update the address information. To update your E-911 address, please perform the following steps:
* Log into your Control Panel
* Select the desired phone number at the top left of the page using the menu titled 'Current Phone Number'
* Click 'Change' if applicable
* Select 'E911 Settings' from the Control Panel options
* Input your full name and address and select 'Update E911 Address'
If your address does not update correctly, please submit a support ticket to the E911 department.
